Online Payments – PayPal
Take registration payments online through your own PayPal account. Registrants pay by PayPal or by debit or credit card on PayPal’s secure checkout, then come straight back to their confirmed registration. Card details never touch your site.
Every payment is recorded on the registration for you, and refunds are a click away in your WordPress admin. If someone refunds or disputes a payment in PayPal, the registration updates to match.

What it adds
- PayPal checkout during registration, with debit and credit cards accepted through PayPal.
- Payments recorded on the registration automatically, with the PayPal transaction ID.
- Full or partial refunds from Event Registration → PayPal → Payments & refunds.
- Registrations kept in sync with refunds made in PayPal, disputes, and payments that finish later.
- A sandbox mode for testing with no real money.
- One-click webhook setup and a connection test.
- An optional payment receipt email, on top of the confirmation email.
- A safeguard for full events: if an event fills while someone is paying, the payment is kept and you are emailed to confirm or refund it.
